Job Summary:

As a RN Weekend Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents on weekends. As a leader on our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and support, and maintaining a safe and organized environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and that all nursing responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and resident assessment and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medical records, incident reports, and medication administration records.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
• Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, with or without accommodations
