Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a rehabilitation center.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, hours discussed at interview.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality resident care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident conditions, supporting medication management, addressing staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications: Active RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, skilled in assessment and critical thinking, with strong communication skills.
