Job Summary:

Warren Nursing & Rehab, a trusted provider of rehabilitation services in Warren, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Warrior team. As an RN Weekend Warrior, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care on weekends, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to assigned patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to patient emergencies as needed
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary $40-44 hr + Weekend Warrior Differential $5.00

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• 0 years of experience as an RN (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality understanding
