Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) RNs provide safe, continuous, quality patient care across various settings and facilities within a defined market (Greater Charlotte or Winston-Salem).

• They are experienced, proficient in specialties such as medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, behavioral health, emergency, or women’s services.

• PNRT RNs demonstrate independence, professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to nursing standards and collaboration.

• They serve as mentors, share best practices, and are early adopters of systems and workflows.

• Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant experience, current licensure, and specialty certifications.

• Skills required include communication, critical thinking, computer literacy, and patient age-specific care. Certifications like NIH Stroke Scale and cardiac dysrhythmia are also essential.

• Responsibilities focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences, fostering teamwork, diversity, safety, and adherence to the principle of “First Do No Harm.”
