嬰幼兒照護課程導師(必須為註冊護士(RN/EN)或有嬰幼兒看護培訓導師經驗)

崗位職責

**課程授課與示範 :**按照公司的課程標準及要求,負責嬰幼兒照護及高品質早教的理論授課與實操示範。

**學員評估與考核 :**依據標準化考核系統進行培訓前評估、階段性操作考核及畢業評估,確保學員掌握實操規範。

**教材編寫 :**配合完善教學大綱、SOP 操作手冊等教材的編寫及升級。

任職要求

專業背景 :
擁有註冊護士(RN/EN)、兒科護士相關資質及經驗優先;

或具備香港豐富經驗的陪月員及高端月子中心護理員經驗;

或母嬰護理培訓師相關專業資質;

具有內地同等資質亦可。

語言能力 :
英語及廣東話流利。

工作經驗 :
具備婦產科工作經驗、新生兒科護理經驗、高端產後護理中心(高端月子中心)護理員經驗或外傭培訓機構的授課 / 實操經驗;

熟悉香港家庭對外傭在育兒及家政方面的實際需求與痛點。

個人素質 :
動手示範能力強,語言表達清晰,具備耐心與跨文化溝通意識。

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Practical Demonstration: Deliver theoretical lectures and practical demonstrations in infant care and high-quality early childhood education according to company curriculum standards.

Trainee Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct pre-training assessments, milestone practical tests, and graduation evaluations based on standardized assessment systems to ensure trainees master practical standards.

Curriculum & Materials Development: Assist in refining and updating course outlines, SOP operation manuals, and teaching materials.

Job Requirements

Professional Background :
Registered Nurse (RN/EN) or qualification/experience in Paediatric Nursing preferred;

OR experienced Postnatal Care Matrons (陪月員) in Hong Kong or care staff with premium postnatal care center experience;

OR professional qualifications as a Maternal & Child Care Trainer;

Equivalent qualifications from Mainland China are also welcome.

Language Proficiency :
Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Work Experience :
Clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OB-GYN) or Neonatal Care, care experience in high-end postnatal care centers, or teaching/practical experience in domestic helper training institutions;

Familiar with the practical needs and pain points of Hong Kong families regarding domestic helpers in childcare and housekeeping.

Personal Attributes :
Strong hands-on demonstration skills, clear articulation, patient, and possessing strong cross-cultural communication awareness.
