Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care, outpatient facilities, and schools. As an RN/LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being while working collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist in the assessment of patients' health status through physical examinations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter.
• Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Support patients with medical-surgical needs by preparing them for procedures and assisting during recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.

Experience
Candidates should have a valid RN/LPN license and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to effectively assess patient needs.
• Experience in urgent care settings or outpatient facilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical records management systems.
• Strong understanding of infectious disease care protocols.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
