Enriching Home Care Services, a growing social service organization committed to empowering individuals within the community, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse and/or RN to join our team part time. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. The schedule can be very flexible!

LPN AND/OR RN Job Duties

• Train staff on medication administration
• Monitor MARS and other documentation regarding medications
• Assessments and monitoring of individual health issues
• Completing DHS specific forms for individuals
• Communication and education of unlicensed staff regarding individual medical conditions, medication, and treatments
• Communication with families/care teams regarding individual medical conditions
• Ability to handle an emergency situation and give direction to others
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members

LPN Requirements:

• Current nursing license in the state of MN.
• A valid Minnesota driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory.
• You must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds as most of our individuals require assistance with transfers.
• You must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
• Because we provide services to vulnerable children and adults Homeward Bound will only employ applicants who pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to timely and accurately type documentation in online database.
• Ability to type at, or above, a minimum of 20 words per minute.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $30.00+ per hour depending on experience and licensure.

Expected hours: 8-20 hours per month
