Positions Available

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide nursing care and administer medications within the scope of licensure.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support resident needs.

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Assess residents and coordinate nursing care.
• Monitor clinical conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Support care planning, resident safety, and quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, valid Ohio LPN or RN license, as applicable.
• A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
