What they need
Responsible for field visits to customer locations to handle the installation, routine servicing, breakdown repair, and preventive maintenance of domestic Reverse Osmosis (RO), UV, UF, and alkaline water purifiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Set up new domestic RO/UV/UF water purifiers at customer sites, test input/output water TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), and check system pressure and connections.
- Service & Repair: Diagnose and fix issues related to booster pumps, SMPS/power adapters, solenoid valves, membrane fouling, filter blockages, and water leakages.
- Filter & Membrane Replacement: Change sediment filters, carbon filters, RO membranes, and UV lamps as per scheduled maintenance intervals.
- Preventive Maintenance: Sanitize storage tanks, flush lines, and run diagnostic checks to ensure optimal water quality.
- Customer Support & Reporting: Maintain daily service logs, collect service payments or feedback, and report job status cleanly to the service supervisor or helpdesk.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
