Road Freight Forwarder

For our team in Belgrade we are looking for a Road Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) who stays calm when plans change, makes quick and sound decisions, and enjoys keeping trucks and deliveries on schedule across Europe and the Balkans. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like building strong relationships with carriers and customers, we'd like to hear from you.

Your Role:

• You organize daily road shipments (FTL/LTL) for import, export, and cross-border transport.
• You book carriers, negotiate rates, and build a reliable carrier network.
• You track vehicles, stay in close contact with drivers, and keep customers informed proactively
• You handle transport documents (CMR), transit and customs-related paperwork, and coordinate with customs brokers and border agents
• You react quickly to delays, border waits, breakdowns, or damages and find practical solutions
• You calculate prices, prepare offers, and support customers in their daily transport needs

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education or vocational training (e.g. business school, freight forwarding apprenticeship or similar)
• Proven experience in road freight forwarding or road transport
• Good knowledge of CMR, customs and transit procedures, and cross-border road transport in Europe and the Balkans
• Excellent Serbian and good English skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team spirit
