Road Workers -Spray Seal/Roller

AUSTCORP is looking for an experienced Roller Operator/Civil Labourer to join our client's team immediately based in ROCKHAMPTON!

If you're experienced on civil or roadwork sites, aren't afraid of hard work and want long-term ongoing hours, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• Immediate start
• 8–12 hour shifts | Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend work
• Day shifts with occasional nights
• Local work + away work opportunities
• Ongoing work for the right person

WHAT YOU NEED

• Roller RII ticket – Mandatory
• Proven civil construction or roadworks experience
• Confident operating a roller around heavy plant
• Strong hands-on labouring/groundworks experience
• HR Licence highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable with demanding work
• Flexible with shifts and away work
• Reliable and committed to ongoing employment
• Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
