Roadside Assistance Coordinator

Roll on Roadside is a fast growing, award-winning automotive company based in North Richmond. We are currently looking for a highly organsied and motivated Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our team, managing live jobs and keeping our drivers and customers moving.

The position available is 1.30pm to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and every Sunday 10am to 8pm, this role is a hybrid role while training with the potential to work from home each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating roadside assistance, towing and customers jobs in real time
• Dispatching and allocating jobs to field technicians
• Managing field technicians' schedules and workloads to maximise efficiency
• Communicating with customers, service providers and technicians regarding job progress and arrival times
• Handling inbound job requests and booking into our systems
• Continuously monitoring active jobs to ensure timely completion
• Inputting accurate records of job details
• Ensuring all jobs have been closed off currently upon completions
• Delivering a high level of customer service during high pressure situations
• Afternoon Shifts from 1:30pm till 9.30pm Monday to Friday
• Weekend shift required - Sunday 10am - 8pm

• Strong computer literacy and confidence working around multiple software platforms
• The ability to priorities competing tasks and make decisions quickly
• A professional and positive attitude
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, scheduling, customer service or Automotive industry will be highly regarded
