Duties

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues efficiently on-site
• Perform repairs such as changing flat tires, jump-starting batteries, and replacing and testing batteries.
• Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems accurately
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for each incident
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside interventions to protect yourself and motorists
• Assist with vehicle recovery when necessary, including lane and road closures or securing stranded vehicles

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on various vehicle systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to roadside challenges
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely
• Prior experience in vehicle repair or roadside assistance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
