We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to drivers in need of roadside services, ensuring quick and efficient assistance. Responsibilities

• Drive company truck from Auburn to Seattle and back to Auburn.
• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and dispatches.
• Provide on-site support for various vehicle issues, including, flat tires, dead batteries, and fuel delivery onsite.
• Ensure safe and efficient vehicle repairs or replacements at the roadside.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, providing updates and reassurance throughout the service process.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure readiness for service calls.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch centers to coordinate effective assistance delivery.Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Technical skills related to vehicle repair or maintenance are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform roadside assistance tasks in various weather conditions.

Pay: $21.49 - $23.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
