Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, providing on-the-spot support for vehicle breakdowns or emergencies
• Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, automotive electrical systems, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters
• Perform repairs including mechanical systems repair, automotive service, and electrical troubleshooting using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools
• Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire changes, battery replacements, and minor repairs to ensure safe operation
• Follow safety regulations diligently during all repair activities and manual handling procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Use schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of roadside assistance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and safety checks completed

Experience

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Familiarity with diesel mechanics, automotive electrical systems, and mechanical systems repair techniques
• Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in an automotive or roadside environment
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools,
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to roadside assistance operations and manual handling practices
• Prior experience in automotive service or emergency roadside support is highly desirable

Pay: $400.00 - $1,500.00 per week
