This is physical outdoor work involving approximately 10 hour shifts, plus around 2 hours of travel each day. Candidates must be reliable, physically capable and available for the full project duration.
This is not a qualified painter position. Previous spray painting or pressure washing experience will be beneficial, however the main requirements are reliability, physical fitness, coordination and confidence using handheld equipment.

  • Working safely around active road infrastructure
  • Completing repetitive physical work across extended shifts

Skills and Experience

  • Physically fit and capable of completing approximately 10 hour shifts
  • Confident using handheld equipment or capable of learning quickly
  • Reliable and available for the full project duration
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Willing to work weekend overtime when required
  • Comfortable completing repetitive physical work
  • Valid Australian work rights

Previous experience in civil labouring, road maintenance, graffiti removal, pressure washing, industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, spray painting, landscaping, construction labouring or infrastructure maintenance will be highly regarded. Workers will need to supply suitable work boots, high visibility clothing and a sun hat. Additional required project PPE will be provided by G & G Engineering.
