We are looking for an experienced roast meat chef who takes pride in their craft, works responsibly and enjoys being part of a team.

职位信息｜Job Details

工作地点：Bishan（碧山）

Location: Bishan, Singapore

工作时间：每天12小时

Working hours: 12 hours per day

薪资面议，根据相关经验及实际手艺商定。

Salary negotiable, based on relevant experience and practical cooking skills.

工作职责｜Responsibilities

• 负责烧腊备料、腌制、烧制及斩切出餐。

Handle ingredient preparation, marinating, roasting, chopping and serving.

• 把控火候、口味及出品质量，保持出餐稳定。

Maintain consistent cooking standards, flavour and food quality.

• 做好食材储存、工作区域清洁及食品安全，配合团队日常运作。

Maintain proper food storage, cleanliness and food safety, and support daily team operations.

任职要求｜Requirements

• 具备相关烧腊经验，能够独立完成主要制作流程。

Relevant roast meat preparation experience and the ability to work independently.

• 认真负责、重视卫生，愿意配合团队并持续提升手艺。

Responsible, hygiene-conscious and willing to work with the team and improve your skills.

福利待遇｜Benefits

• 每月休息4天。

4 rest days per month.

• 年假7天，每年增加1天。

7 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year.

• 加班费按基本时薪的1.5倍计算。

Overtime pay at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate.

Bonuses, sick leave and public holiday entitlements.

• 达标分红，须符合相关计划条件。

Target-based profit sharing, subject to the scheme’s conditions.
