Join our growing kitchen team and be part of creating authentic Cantonese roasted specialties! If you have experience in Chinese cuisine and is eager to learn the art of traditional roasting, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Roasting Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Cantonese roasted and braised dishes
- Prepare ingredients, seasonings, marinate, roast, chop, and plate food
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in Cantonese roasting or Chinese cuisine is an advantage
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Hardworking, responsible, and a team player
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays when needed
