What they need
Roasting Head Cook is in charge of preparing any roasted or braised meats on the menu. They also cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. This includes anything from steaks to veal to lamb or any other similar items. They may also be in charge of obtaining meats from local suppliers or arranging deliveries from other retailers.
Qualifications
- Experience in roasting.
- Serve Safe food handling certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
- Proven experience working as a Cook.
- The ability to follow recipes.
- The ability to work in a team.
