Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook roasted and braised meat dishes
• Follow recipes, cooking procedures, and portion standards
• Monitor cooking time, temperature, and product quality
• Ensure proper preparation, handling, and storage of meat products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the roasting station
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in monitoring meat supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members during operations
• Support other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications

• With proven experience in roasting and braising meat

• Previous experience as a Roasting Head Cook, Roast Cook, or similar role

• Knowledge of different cooking methods and techniques

• Familiar with proper food handling and kitchen sanitation

• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Food safety certification is an advantage

• Willing to start ASAP
