Robar Labeling Technical Analyst

Our client is seeking a Labeling Technical Analyst to support a major separation program. As the client separates its manufacturing operations from its parent company's systems, it is building out a standalone labeling environment on Innovatum ROBAR and Loftware . ROBAR combines label design, print management, product information management (PIMS), regulatory information management (RIMS) and master data management (MDM), so every label is produced from a controlled, validated record. This role will drive delivery and implementation of the solution.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and implementation of the labeling solution using ROBAR and Loftware.
• Define and provide server specifications and infrastructure requirements.
• Install, configure and set up ROBAR and Loftware environments.
• Configure label templates and connect labels to controlled product, regulatory and master data in ROBAR (PIMS, RIMS, MDM).
• Do analyst work: gather requirements, map data sources, and integrate with MES and ERP systems.
• Support testing, validation, cutover and go-live, keeping labeling compliant and traceable.
• Document configurations, procedures and support materials for handoff to run state.
• Work with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, IT infrastructure and project delivery leads.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical or systems analyst supporting manufacturing labeling .
• Hands-on implementation experience with Innovatum ROBAR and/or Loftware .
• Experience defining server specs and installing and configuring labeling software.
• Experience connecting labeling to product, regulatory or master data systems ( PIMS, RIMS, MDM ).
• Experience integrating labeling with MES and/or ERP systems.

Nice to Have

• Medical device labeling experience (UDI, regulated labeling).
• GxP / validation experience.
• Experience supporting a divestiture, separation or system migration.
