• 为餐厅员工指明正确的工作方向，确保客人能够接受到优质的服务 2.协助经理管理日常运营，确保从预订、迎宾、点单、侍酒到结账的每一个环节都符合黑珍珠餐厅的服务水准 3.确保所有岗位的员工都坚持遵循酒店的政策和程序 4.以高标准的礼仪迎接和欢送宾客，具备极强的洞察力以预见并满足宾客需求 5.协助餐厅经理达成月度和年度的营收目标，负责协助管理餐具器皿、布草等客用物料，定期盘点并控制损耗 6.协助经理进行排班管理、员工培训及绩效考核。在招聘时协助筛选具备能力的员工，并协调制定员工的培训计划，落实有效的培训课程以提升团队工作效率 7.了解基本酒水知识 8.良好的中英文表达能力

1.3年以上国际五星级酒店或知名高端餐饮（米其林星级或黑珍珠钻级优先）的工作经验 2.在高峰时段的高压环境下，依然能保持冷静，抗压能力强 3.餐饮管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先 4.高效的团队协作能力
