Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and technology-driven individuals to join our operations team as Robot Operators / Tele-Operators. In this role, you will remotely operate robotic equipment through specialized digital systems, VR technology, and control interfaces.

The position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with technology, have strong hand-eye coordination, can react quickly to changing situations, and enjoy gaming, simulation, robotics, or other technology-based activities.

• Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule / Night Shift

• Operations: 24/7

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control robotic systems through remote digital interfaces.
• Navigate robots using VR equipment, gaming controllers, specialized software, and other control devices.
• Monitor live operational environments and maintain strong situational awareness.
• Make timely decisions when responding to operational changes or unexpected situations.
• Identify basic system issues and coordinate with the appropriate technical team when escalation is required.
• Perform equipment checks, system testing, and basic operational inspections.
• Accurately record activities, incidents, system errors, and other operational information.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support smooth and efficient system performance.
• Follow established safety, security, operational, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or
• At least 2 years completed in college.
• Senior High School graduates may also be considered.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest or experience in gaming, robotics, AI, or technology is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in FPS, strategy, racing, flight simulation, or similar games are encouraged to apply.
• E-Sports participation or competitive gaming experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Must be comfortable working on a shifting schedule.
• Basic English communication skills are acceptable.
• Good hand-eye coordination, concentration, and reaction speed.
• Able to learn and operate new technology and digital equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities.
