Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Welding Robot Programmer

Experience: 2 years

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and operate welding robots as per fabrication drawings.
• Perform robot teaching and re-teaching for new and existing components.
• Set and optimize welding parameters to achieve quality output.
• Troubleshoot robot programming and welding-related issues.
• Optimize robot cycle time and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure defect-free welding.
• Maintain robot programs, process parameters, and related documentation.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of welding robots and robotic welding processes.
• Hands-on experience in robot programming, teaching, and re-teaching.
• Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes and parameters.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of robot troubleshooting and cycle-time optimization.
