We’re a busy and growing steel fabrication company specialising in high-quality, precision work for a range of industries. We’re looking for experienced Robot Weld Operators to join our team and help us keep production running smoothly. If you take pride in producing quality work, enjoy working with your hands, and have experience in setting up and operating robotic welding machines, we’d like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate robotic welding machinery.
• Actively and diligently manage all robot machine settings and making necessary adjustments.
• Interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Inspection of own work in accordance with relevant engineering drawings and documentation.
• Operate hand tools effectively.
• Work with sheet metal on one off components as well as batch work.
• Initially working day shift whilst in training, then will move to shift working (rotating 6-2 and 2-10).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience of operating robotic weld machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation.
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Basic mechanical skills for day-to-day maintenance.
• Some basic welding experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £12.71-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
