UiPath RPA Tech Lead – Enterprise Automation

Role Summary

Movate is looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automating complex business processes using UiPath best practices and frameworks. Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) automation projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build scalable and reusable workflows using UiPath REFramework.
• Develop and support both attended and unattended automation bots.
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, Excel, files, and web applications.
• Configure, schedule, and monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, security controls, and performance optimization.
• Support UAT, production deployment, issue resolution, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions within agreed timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 6–7 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, REFramework, and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Experience in automating enterprise-level business processes, preferably within PIM environments.
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, and Python.
• Experience working with Graph API connectors.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Exchange Server, and SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Excel automation and data-processing solutions.
• Experience in enterprise automation solution design, implementation, and support.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM).
• Exposure to OCR, Document Understanding, and AI-powered automation capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or TFS.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, extensive UiPath development expertise, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions. Exposure to PIM/MDM platforms, API integrations, and AI-driven automation technologies will be highly desirable.
