Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting UiPath unattended robots in a production environment
• Experience using UiPath Orchestrator to schedule, monitor, and manage automation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience documenting automation solutions and business processes
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, version control, and change management

Preferred

• UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, web services, or enterprise applications
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Experience using .NET, C#, VB.NET, PowerShell, or other scripting and programming languages
• Experience using UiPath document processing, OCR, or intelligent automation capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Monitor the health and performance of unattended bots and respond promptly to production issues
• Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for automation initiatives
• Recommend process improvements that simplify workflows and improve automation outcomes
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Maintain technical documentation for automation workflows and operational procedures
• Ensure automations comply with established development standards, security practices, and governance guidelines
• Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to support integrations with enterprise applications and systems
• Assist in planning automation enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
