Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead

About the Role

Client is building advanced AI and robotics systems capable of autonomously manipulating thousands of parts across its global manufacturing network.

We are looking for a Robotics AI Strategy & Program Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives across AI research, robotics engineering, data infrastructure, and manufacturing operations. This role combines strategy, program management, analytics, and hands-on AI tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy
• Product Management or Technical Program Management
• Data Science or Data Analytics
• Experience in AI, ML, robotics, computer vision, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards using Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and AI-assisted workflows or agents.
• Experience with Jira and low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps or AppSheet.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and present insights to senior executives.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and execution skills.
