This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and enterprise software — building real, hands-on demos and tools that shape how major organizations across every industry think about their technology strategy.

What You'll Do

You'll take the lead on building demo machines, internal tools, and PoCs that bring advanced technology to life. You'll shape development concepts from scratch, translate client needs and emerging tech trends into working prototypes, and manage projects end-to-end — from architecture and hands-on development through budget and delivery.

Example Projects

• Designing and building demo machines that showcase cutting-edge technology — from concept and equipment selection through control logic — for high-profile client visits and workshops
• Enhancing and extending the firm's proprietary AI-powered IP/patent analysis platform
• Building concept demos and PoCs for direct client engagements across industries
• Leading project management for each initiative you take on, end-to-end

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience developing robotics and/or AI-driven digital tools, from concept through implementation
• Experience leading development projects — whether as a PM, PMO, or technical lead
• Comfort working in agile, fast-moving environments, both on the engineering side (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases) and the collaborative side (communication, problem-solving, DevOps)
• A track record of translating deep technical or research expertise into real, working products — ideally shown through 3+ years building robotics or digital tools, or through experience defining requirements/RFPs for technical projects

Bonus Points

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Experience shaping development concepts using design thinking or similar methodologies
