Robotics / Physical AI Engineer

ABOUT THE JOB

• Work closely with the client’s R&D team to develop Physical AI and humanoid robotics solutions .
• Design, simulate, and develop robotic behaviors and skills using NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Isaac ecosystem .
• Build and maintain robotics software using ROS2, Python, and C++ .
• Develop and simulate robotic behaviors including motion, manipulation, control, and interaction .
• Build a library of trained robotic skills that can be simulated, validated, and deployed to physical humanoid robots.
• Develop and train robotic behaviors in simulation, including Reinforcement Learning where applicable.
• Support sim-to-real deployment , transferring validated behaviors from simulation to physical robotic hardware.
• Integrate simulation environments with real robotic systems, sensors, and hardware.
• Work with robot perception, computer vision, motion planning, and robotics control as part of the overall system.
• Integrate robotics software with NVIDIA Jetson Orin and other edge/robotics hardware.
• Troubleshoot and optimize robotics applications across simulation and physical environments.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and the client’s R&D team to develop and test new robotics capabilities.
• Contribute to technical architecture, experimentation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the robotics platform.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software engineering, robotics research, or Physical AI.
• Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Isaac ecosystem — this is a key requirement.
• Strong experience with ROS2 and robotics software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ .
• Experience with humanoid robots, mobile robots, robotic arms, or manipulation systems .
• Hands-on experience developing or simulating robot motion, control, manipulation, or robotic behaviors .
• Experience integrating robotics software between simulation and physical hardware .
• Understanding of robotics concepts such as motion planning, robot control, perception, and sensor integration .
• Experience working with robotic simulation environments and validating robotic behaviors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work hands-on in an R&D environment .
• Comfortable working closely with hardware and software engineers to troubleshoot and develop robotics solutions.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working closely with the client team, including potential onsite work in Bangkok .

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning for robotics .
• Experience with sim-to-real robotics deployment.
• Experience with humanoid robotics or advanced manipulation.
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin or other NVIDIA edge hardware.
• Experience with computer vision and robotic perception.
• Experience with NVIDIA robotics technologies and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Experience with robotics sensors, actuators, or hardware/software integration.
• Experience building reusable robot skill libraries / behavior libraries .
• Experience with cloud infrastructure for robotics simulation and training.
• Research or project experience in Physical AI, autonomous systems, or robotics R&D .
