What they need

WE ARE HIRING: ROBOTICS EDUCATORS / STEM INNOVATION MENTORS

At EkaLavya (a product of Fourth Rev Edu Pvt Ltd), we believe Robotics is not about assembling kits. It is about nurturing problem-solvers, creators, innovators, and future entrepreneurs.

As we expand across 30-40 partner schools this academic year, we are looking for passionate educators who can inspire students from Grade I to Grade IX through Robotics, Coding, and hands-on project-based learning.

POSITION: ROBOTICS EDUCATOR / STEM INNOVATION MENTOR
Location: Multiple schools across assigned regions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will not be a traditional teacher. You will act as a mentor who helps students:
1. Build and program robots
2. Solve real-world problems through projects
3. Think like engineers and innovators
4. Develop creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills
5. Participate in inter-school Robotics Innovation Challenges

You will be responsible for delivering Robotics curriculum, conducting lab sessions, mentoring projects, assessing learning outcomes, and continuously improving the program through school-level feedback to leadership and content team

SELECTION AND CERTIFICATION JOURNEY

At EkaLavya, student learning outcomes are our highest priority. Since Robotics education requires a combination of technical understanding, classroom delivery skills, activity management, and student engagement, we follow a structured selection process.

The selection journey includes:

1. Interview and Practical Assessment

Candidates who successfully clear the interview and practical teaching assessment will receive a conditional offer for the Robotics Educator role.

2. Robotics Faculty Induction and Certification

Before independent classroom deployment, selected candidates must successfully complete a structured induction and certification program (typically 3-7 days in hybrid mode).

The certification process will include:

EkaLavya teaching philosophy and pedagogy

Robotics curriculum orientation

Grade-wise learning journey

Robotics kit handling

Project execution

Lab activities

Classroom management

Student engagement techniques

Practice teaching sessions

3. Classroom Readiness and Final Appointment

After successful completion of training and certification, appointment confirmation will be made based on:

Technical capability

Teaching demonstration

Student-centric classroom approach

Feedback from internal mentors

Feedback from school stakeholders

Performance during live classroom sessions

As Robotics is not a regular school subject and requires a different learning curve, we do not permanently deploy faculty members without observing their classroom readiness.

Every educator will receive continuous support, mentoring, and need-based training interventions.

Performance will be reviewed during the initial 1-6 month period through multiple feedback loops to ensure success for both the educator and students

We especially value professionals who bring maturity, life experience, and the ability to create a positive classroom culture while helping students develop technical skills, confidence, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
