Job Summary:

The Robot Technical Service Engineer is responsible for Industrial robot installation and commissioning, conducting service interventions, repairing industrial robots, and performing preventive maintenance. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the reliable operation of robots, and supporting customers in maintaining optimal performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform on‑site & remote commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and after‑sales support for industrial robot workstations.
• Resolve hardware & software failures, ensure customer production line uptime.
• Execute project site acceptance, hand‑over and generate service & commissioning documentation.
• Train customer staff on robot operation and routine maintenance.
• Gather customer technical feedback and coordinate with internal teams for product improvement.
• Assist pre‑sales site survey and technical proposal support as needed.
• Strictly implement on‑site safety operation standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education in Engineering, Mechanics, Robotics or a related technical field.
• At least three years of experience in industrial robotics or similar technologies, with hands-on exposure to servicing and repairing machinery.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of robot programming and automation systems.
• Valid Category B driving license; active driver.
• Communicative level of English, capable of addressing technical requirements.
• Self-reliance and ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Conditions:

• Regular travel to customer sites for service interventions and maintenance activities.
• Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate customer needs.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to the leader of America Region.
