Robotics Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services.
• Responsible for customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots.
• On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management.
• Customer communication and on-site emergency handling.
• Arrangement and usage management of equipment, tools, and auxiliary materials.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers.
• Responsible for on-site work feedback and summary reports.
• Assist manufacturing and quality units in on-site problem solving and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• University degree above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding rich experience people.
• Minimal 2 years Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology quality, skilled in KUKA robotics is plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage, as the role involves collaboration with regional technical teams and support for cross-border projects.
• Good team player.
• Good communication interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ฿70,000.00 - ฿90,000.00 per month
