We're Hiring: RoCE / InfiniBand Network Engineer

Are you passionate about building next-generation AI and GPU networking infrastructure?We are looking for an experienced RoCE / InfiniBand Network Engineer to architect and optimize high-performance, low-latency network fabrics powering large-scale GPU clusters and AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement lossless Ethernet fabrics for AI/GPU clusters
• Architect Leaf-Spine network topologies
• Configure and optimize RoCEv2, RDMA, InfiniBand environments
• Manage DCB, PFC, ECN, QoS, BGP, and EVPN technologies
• Drive network telemetry, monitoring, redundancy, and performance tuning
• Conduct acceptance testing and troubleshoot end-to-end network issues
• Support high-performance AI/HPC infrastructure deployments

Required Skills

8+ years of Data Center Networking experience
RoCEv2 / RDMA expertise
InfiniBand networking experience
Leaf-Spine fabric design and operations
DCB, PFC, ECN, QoS
BGP / EVPN
Network Automation and Troubleshooting
NVIDIA Spectrum-X, Mellanox, or equivalent technologies

Preferred

Experience with AI, HPC, or GPU cluster networking
Mandarin language skills for client workshops
