Description

• Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Support in resolving project challenges and issues.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project status and quality control.
• Prepare regular project reports for management review.

Profile

A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A background in construction or project management within the property industry.
• Experience working on commercial and or multifamily construction projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software or tools.
• A valid driver's license for site visits.
