Rocky's Grill Line/Prep Cook

Austin Beerworks is looking for full-time & part-time line cooks for our new on-site food truck, Rocky's Grill, located at our Sprinkle Valley location. We are a high volume business with an excellent reputation for what we do. You must be a hard working team player with a passion for food (passion for beer would be an added bonus.) Professional experience in food trucks, kitchens, or bakeries is a plus.

Job duties include:

• Assisting with inventory
• Assist with training incoming staff members on correct procedures
• Communicating with Head Chef to maintain accurate information in POS-
• Maintaining food quality and standards for the menu
• Ensure all food items meet health and safety code standards
• Becoming familiar with the point of sale system
• Prepare and cook menu items to exact recipe
• Daily line tests to ensure taste and freshness match company s expectation
• Work with staff and Head Chef to keep all ingredients, supplies and materials are well stocked and in good condition.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

• Must have a Food Handlers Certificate
