Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems including Ethernet networks, Cisco routers, and telephony equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of low voltage electrical systems and mechanical components to ensure optimal operation.
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform precise adjustments and repairs on telecommunication hardware.
• Diagnose network issues related to computer networking and Ethernet connections, implementing effective solutions swiftly.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects in various field locations.
• Document all work performed accurately in service logs, including system configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and electrical standards while working on live systems or in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Ethernet cabling, computer networking concepts, and telecommunication systems.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
• Familiarity with Cisco routers, low voltage wiring, telephony systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication infrastructure and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and wiring layouts effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting network or hardware issues.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently to various job sites.

Pay: $150.00-$300.00 per day
