What they need

As an Authorized Rogers Sales Representative, we represent one of Canada’s most recognized telecommunications brands, helping individuals and businesses stay connected through reliable, high-quality services. Our approach is personal, professional, and built around making every customer interaction count.

We are expanding our team in Ottawa, ON, and looking for a Rogers Sales Representative who enjoys working with people and knows how to turn a good conversation into a great customer experience. You will meet with customers face to face, learn about their current services and connectivity needs, and guide them through Rogers solutions that make sense for their lifestyle and budget.

For the right person, this is an environment where strong people skills can become real professional strengths. We provide product knowledge, coaching, and experience; you bring the curiosity, work ethic, and willingness to become excellent at what you do.

Responsibilities of the Rogers Sales Representative:

  • Engage with customers and prospects to understand their communication needs and recommend suitable Rogers products and services
  • Present plans, features, and promotions in a clear and approachable manner, helping customers feel confident in their decisions
  • Deliver a high level of customer care through attentive, personalized interactions
  • Complete transactions accurately and maintain well-organized customer records
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals through relationship-building and consistent effort
  • Stay up to date on Rogers offerings, promotions, and industry developments

What you bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications is considered an asset; however, candidates with a strong willingness to learn will be fully supported through training
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive client interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
  • Comfortable utilizing basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Professional attitude, adaptability, and a consistent commitment to personal and professional development

Why join us:

  • Represent a trusted and established Canadian telecommunications brand, known for reliability, innovation, and customer satisfaction
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team environment that values professionalism, accountability, and mutual support
  • Competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives that recognize and reward your contributions
  • Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development, including structured training, coaching, and mentorship
  • Clear career progression pathways, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles based on performance and growth
  • A stable, growth-oriented organization that invests in its people and promotes long-term career development

We believe that meaningful connections are at the heart of great service. In this role, you will be more than a sales representative – you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their options with confidence while building genuine relationships.

If you are ready to grow your skills and be part of a team that values professionalism, service, and development, we encourage you to apply!
