Roll-Off Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mixer Operator with a CDL B license to join our trash and disposal business. This role involves operating front load and roll-off waste collection trucks to ensure efficient and safe disposal services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with front load and roll-off containers, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Duties

• Operate front load and roll-off waste collection trucks in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Load, transport, and unload waste materials efficiently while adhering to route schedules.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of trash in compliance with environmental standards.
• Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment to maintain safety and operational readiness.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of containers at customer sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including waste loads and route completion.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during operations.

Requirements

• Valid CDL B license with appropriate endorsements for commercial waste hauling.
• Proven experience operating front load and roll-off waste collection trucks.
• Strong knowledge of waste disposal procedures, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, loading, and maneuvering containers.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.

Pay: $27.09 - $38.00 per hour
