Drive Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Roller Operator to join an established civil construction client on a long-term basis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in civil construction, takes pride in their work and is happy to jump in and help with general labouring when required.

The Role

• Operating rollers across civil construction sites
• Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required
• Working across Wellington, Hutt Valley and Kapiti sites
• Long-term work with an established client
• Opportunities for training and upskilling

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating rollers in a civil environment
• WTR endorsements preferred
• Comfortable carrying out general labouring duties when required
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to long-term work
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Requirements

• Relevant NZ licences and endorsements
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Site Safe is preferred but not essential
• Full NZ work rights
