📍 Working Model: On Site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Head of Engineering

Your work will include:

The Rolling Stock Engineer supports the Engineering Department in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of the company’s fleet. The role focuses on monitoring maintenance activities, analysing technical issues, and contributing to the development and optimisation of maintenance instructions and schedules.

More specifically:

• Maintenance Planning — Assist in planning, monitoring, and updating maintenance schedules based on fleet usage and operational evolution
• Technical Specifications — Oversee the implementation of technical specifications and maintenance instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance and prepare related technical reports
• Failure Analysis — Monitor reported failures and issues, analyse root causes, and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency and equipment performance
• Regulatory Compliance — Ensure maintenance activities comply with national and international regulations (ECM, RIV, GCU)
• Technical Studies — Conduct technical studies on fleet vehicles and associated equipment

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities or equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with railway systems and operational procedures
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial standards (ISO, CENELEC)

• Salary range :2000€-3000€ monthly/gross (depending on skills & experience)
