Roof Tech Admin Job Description

The Roof Tech Admin keeps the Roof Tech schedule, partner jobs, customer follow-up, and reporting organized. This role makes sure technicians have accurate job details, customers receive timely communication, and Roof Advisor opportunities are followed through.

Responsibilities

· Build and adjust daily technician routes based on location, job requirements, and

technician capacity.

· Enter partner jobs in JobNimbus and assign complete, accurate tasks to technicians.

· Monitor new jobs and messages throughout the day, dispatch urgent requests, and

communicate schedule changes.

· Keep RT job boards current and

· follow up on jobs that still need an inspection or roof

report.

· Contact customers to schedule inspections and Roof Advisor appointments, including

follow-up on RT leads.

· Handle inbound RT calls, customer callbacks, and satisfaction calls.

· Maintain accurate appointment, conversion, revenue, and technician performance

trackers.

· Reconcile weekly KPIs and verify that completed jobs and revenue are credited to the

correct technician.

· Monitor materials and inventory, prepare orders, and take notes at weekly RT meetings.

What success looks like: Techs arrive with the information they need, partner requests are handled promptly, customers receive follow-up, and the team can trust the numbers.

Details:

· Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

· $22.00 per hour
