Job Title: Experienced Pitch Roofer Location: Cambridge and Surrounding Areas

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently run roofing projects in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
• Supervise and coordinate roofing teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess repair needs, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain pitched roofs using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Safely operate machinery, such as hydraulic lifts, to access rooftops and perform necessary tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide accurate job cost estimates and timely progress reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pitch Roofer with a strong track record of running roofing projects independently.
• Excellent understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and systems.
• Ability to supervise a team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Valid driving license is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to meet the demands of the job.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
