Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine project requirements
• Install new roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials with accuracy and efficiency
• Repair or replace damaged roof sections, ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing
• Utilize welding, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and fabrication skills to support complex roofing structures and integrations
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth project workflow
• Perform routine inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing projects or related trades
• Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprint reading
• Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and waterproofing practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and general construction principles is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship throughout every project
