Job Responsibilities

• Perform roofing and general construction tasks with attention to quality and detail.
• Follow all company safety policies and job-site safety procedures.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and office staff.
• Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we welcome applicants with different experience levels.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Dependable, honest, organized, and motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related communication.
• Ability to follow safety requirements and work well with others.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
