We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team! Duties

• Read and interpret roofing schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair processes
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to cut, shape, and install roofing materials accurately
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing old roofing materials, and performing necessary masonry or carpentry work for proper installation
• Execute heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large roofing panels or materials to ensure efficiency and safety on site
• Install waterproof membranes, flashing, vents, gutters, and other roofing components following safety standards and project specifications
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met and perform repairs as needed
• Collaborate with team members on-site to coordinate tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong focus on roofing projects
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to roofing systems
• Skilled in welding, fabrication, carpentry, masonry, plumbing or related trades is a plus
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized roofing equipment effectively and safely
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining good physical condition
• Knowledge of roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, membranes or tiles
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in construction environments
