TMR Service S/W is the South West branch of TMR Group, working alongside our sister company TM Roofing Service N/W, a reputable and well-established roofing contractor. Together, we deliver high-quality roofing services for housing associations, councils and domestic clients.

As part of our continued South West expansion, we are looking for an experienced roofer to join our team, working from our Bristol office and covering the full South West region.

Our work includes reactive repairs, planned maintenance, re-roofs, flat roofing systems, UPVC rooflines and general property maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

You must be a fully competent, all-round roofer who can run your own gang and take responsibility for delivering jobs from start to finish. You will need to organise daily work, lead your team, maintain high standards and keep our Contracts Manager updated on progress, materials and any site issues.

Ideally, you will have a reliable second person who can join the company with you to form an established two-person gang.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ roofing experience, including slate, tile and general roofing works
• Fully competent in carrying out roofing works independently
• Experience running a roofing gang and organising work on site
• Flat roofing experience: GRP, liquid systems, rubber and torch-on
• Competency in leadwork
• Ability to assess jobs, identify material requirements and resolve on-site issues
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Professional manner when dealing with residents, clients and other trades
• Commitment to safe working practices

Role Details

• Working from our Bristol office, covering the full South West region
• Leading your own gang on reactive repairs, planned maintenance, re-roofs, flat roofs, UPVC rooflines and general property maintenance
• Standard working hours: 7:30am–4:30pm
• Competitive flat rate, dependent on experience
