Journeyman qualifications require a minimum of 3-5 years experience in roof installation, proficient in shingles, tile and single ply roofing systems with the ability to lead a job from start to finish. The ability to recognize materials required for you to finish the job on time, on budget, and with all safety requirements.

Must work well with a team and understand how their work contributes to our customers overall satisfaction.

Duties:

• Working on low-slope and/or steep-slope roofs.
• Covering roofs of structures with Asphalt Shingles, Tile, Torch Down, TPO and PVC.
• Installing insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs.
• Removing debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.
• High standard of integrity and professionalism.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Will perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of roofing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling.
• Must be able to climb a 28’ ladder.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Have all necessary personal tools.

Must have:

• Transportation and tools for the position.
• Strong Work Ethic.
• Reliable and show up to work every day.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
