Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofer Foreman to lead roofing projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Roofer Foreman, you will oversee crews, coordinate project schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage roofing crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to guide installation and repair processes.
• Review blueprints and schematics to verify scope of work and identify potential issues before execution.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and construction safety management practices.
• Manage project budgets, track costs using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools, and oversee procurement of materials.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and adherence to construction regulations.
• Lead team meetings, communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and management to facilitate smooth project flow.
• Oversee construction site safety protocols, including hazard assessments and safety training for crew members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy roofing projects within commercial or industrial construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience supervising teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, federal safety standards, and construction safety management practices.
• Skilled in managing construction schedules and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on crew management and client relations.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
