Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing components accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to support project execution.
• Safely operate ladders and harnesses while following all construction safety regulations and safety protocol adherence.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks and manage materials such as drywall, stucco, siding, metal studs, and caulking supplies on-site.
• Support remodeling projects by installing or repairing siding, drywall, or other exterior finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with construction workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience or handyman background preferred; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential.
• Knowledge of roofing repair techniques including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and working with construction plans is required.
• Strong understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and adherence to OSHA or local safety standards.
• Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
